How To Stop My Bulldog from Fighting with Other DOGS
If you have a bulldog with some behavior or territorial issues, you may have your work cut out for you when it comes to teaching your bulldog to stop fighting with other DOGS. Keep in mind before you go any further, that in many cases, aggressive behavior in a bulldog is a result of fear.

According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the smallest dog on record was a yorkshire terrier in Great Britain who, at the age of 2, weighed just 4 ounces. However, the chihuahua is generally the smallest breed of dog.
Work with your bulldog, first on obedience basics, using commands such as sit, stay, heel, and 'no'. Don't punish your bulldog, though reinforce and reward good behavior. When that step has been accomplished, take your bulldog out for walks along quiet neighborhood streets where interaction with other people or DOGS isn't likely. Get your bulldog used to being around others, without them being too close.

The afghan hound ranks as least intelligent breed of dog. They are cute, friendly, loyal and fun, but they usually require 80 to 100 repetitions to learn a single command. Afghan hounds are a bad choice if you are looking for a dog that's easy to train, but they are great if you have patience.
Carry DOG treats in your pocket to immediately reward your bulldog for good behavior and responding to your commands. When approaching other DOGS or people, place yourself between your bulldog and others. Grasp the leash tightly and pull the DOG leash sideways as the DOG approaches, keeping your bulldog at a distance. Pulling his or her leash sideways will keep your bulldog unbalanced, while allowing you greater control.

Australian Kelpies are herding dogs with an abundance of energy. They can work in extreme climates and conditions. They are known for one unique ability. They can run along the backs of sheep when moving them through chutes.
Carry something that will distract your bulldog when he or she sees another DOG approaching, but don't yell or scold your bulldog to behave before the other people even near you. Maintain an even pace, always talking to your bulldog in low, soothing tones, and urge him to respond to you instead of approaching DOGS or people. Reward him or her immediately with a treat when he makes eye contact with you.

While most dogs shed, poodles are actually incapable of shedding. That fact makes them excellent house pets, since they don't get the furniture covered in fur. Also, due to the nature of their fur and the fact that they do not shed, most people with dog allergies aren't allergic to poodles.
Other people dealing with difficult situations like bulldog aggression often introduce their bulldog to a passive pooch in a new location. This will alleviate any need for territoriality with your bulldog, and the non-aggressive temperament of the other bulldog may serve to teach your bulldog that others bulldogs don't always imply a threat. Of course, have the other bulldog owner holding tightly to their bulldog and remain calm and unthreatening as well.

Border collies are excellent at herding. But they don't descriminate between livestock and other things. This makes them great at things like fly-ball, obedience, tracking, fetching, Frisbee toss, and sheep herding. Sometimes they get out of hand though, several border collies have been known to try to herd small groups of children!
Be aware of the first signs or signals of aggression in your bulldog toward others. Staring at an approaching DOG or person, hackles raised, and stiff legs and tail should alert you that your bulldog is in an aggressive mode. Calmly give the approaching DOGS or people plenty of room while speaking to your bulldog in upbeat and soothing tones, and then reward your bulldog after the brief meeting has passed.

The largest and the smallest dogs to live in the White House were both there during the tenure of president James Buchanan. The president had a Newfoundland named Lara. His niece, Harriet Lane, had a tiny toy terrier named Punch.
The key to changing any behavior in a bulldog is patience. New lessons won't be learned overnight, and may take days, or even weeks, to see signs of progress. Reassure your bulldog that he or she is loved and make sure you lavish them with plenty of attention after each outing. However, if your bulldog continues to express aggressive behavior after all attempts by you to correct such behavior have failed, consider taking your bulldog to an obedience class that specializes in aggressive bulldog behavior.

If you want your dog to win Westminster then you may want to get a Fox Terrier. Why? The winningest dog in Westminster history is Ch. Warren Remedy, a Fox Terrier, who won best In show in 1907, 1908 and 1909.

Pharaoh Hounds have an unusual feature. They are the only breed of dogs that "blushes". They do this when they are excited or happy. When they "blush" their ears, nose and eyes will become pink.

Franklin D. Roosevelt once spent $15,000 to have a destroyer return to the Aleutian Islands and retrieve his Scottish terrier, Fala, who had been accidentally left behind. Fala is now part of the Roosevelt Memorial in Washington, D.C.

The tibetan terrier is not a true terrier and is probably more closely related to the lhasa apso. However, the tibetan terrier is indeed from Tibet, where monks once treasured this intelligent breed of dogs as guardians of their temples.
