How Do I Keep My Bulldog From Digging?
Many DOGS love to dig holes, and some breeds were even designed for it. If you own a bulldog and have a yard, at some point you're likely to run into this problem. So how do you keep a bulldog from digging holes and making a mess of everything? Here are some quick tips that may help you get to the bottom of this problem.

The official name of the dogs we call pitbulls is the American staffordshire terrier. Pitbulls have been the preferred pet of many famous people including Fred Astaire, Vin Diesel, Alicia Silverstone, Michael J. Fox, and James Caan.
Possible reasons your bulldog may be digging:

Many people think that the kerry blue terrier is the national dog of Ireland. Actually, the Irish government never has given this designation to any breed. Michael Collins, one of Irelands most famous patriots, introduced legislation to elevate the Kerry Blue, or the Irish Blue Terrier as they were then called, to the national dog of Ireland. After his murder, the interest in the initiative was lost.
He/she comes from a breed that loves to dig (terriers are notorious for this)
He/she is looking for some attention
He/she is bored and has nothing else to do (this isn't a joke--dogs need both physical and mental exercise to keep out of trouble)
He/she is responding to a natural instinct for shelter and a den
He/she is searching for a mate

The phalne is essentially the same thing as a papillon, except that it has dropped spaniel-like ears. within the first couple of months after birth the ears will either lay flat or raise up permanently. The AKC considers the Phalne and the Papillon to be the same breed.
If it becomes clear that one of these reasons is the main culprit, then that gives you various courses of action you can take to take care of the digging. If it isn't obvious, then there are still courses of action you can take in order to help wean them off this problem behavior.

Border collies are excellent at herding. But they don't descriminate between livestock and other things. This makes them great at things like fly-ball, obedience, tracking, fetching, Frisbee toss, and sheep herding. Sometimes they get out of hand though, several border collies have been known to try to herd small groups of children!
First, when you do catch your bulldog digging, be consistent and show them that this is not acceptable. A gentle spray of the hose, a stern warning, or restricting them to a small caged in area may help reinforce these ideas.

Newfoundlands have webbed feet, just like ducks. They also have extremely water-proof fur. Those features, as well as their great strength, loyalty and willingness to learn, make newfies great candidates to work as water rescue dogs.
Try giving your bulldog a lot of exercise. Bulldogs who burn off energy are far less likely to dig then ones who are excited. This will solve the problem most of the time. Also, pay attention to see if there's a specific time they are doing this. Some bulldogs just like to be helping out, so if you're digging holes in a garden, they think they're just lending a helpful paw! And if this is due to looking for a mate, but you don't want the problems of puppies, you should look at getting your bulldog fixed.

While adult dalmations are covered in cute black spots, dalmation puppies are actually born solid white. Their spots don't show up until they are at least a week old. Sometimes not until they are a month old.
Try these methods, and with some steady and consistent training you should be able to solve this problem.

In the original 101 Dalmatians movie, Pongo has 72 spots, Perdita has 68 and each of the puppies has 32. Real dalmations have unique numbers and patterns of spots, almost like a human beigns fingerprint.
